Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience with children who have SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other needs) is a bonus but not essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a heartfelt commitment to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Dedication to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting wellbeing.
