You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating pipeline, and winning new clients through a structured and strategic sales approach. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage a high-value sales pipeline from lead generation through to close Deliver consultative, solutions-led sales presentations to senior stakeholders (CEO, Finance Director, Business Owners) Identify and win new business opportunities within payroll, pensions, employee benefits, and outsourced services Manage a defined territory and client portfolio Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to build brand presence and generate leads Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations Contribute to business growth strategy and market expansion Candidate Requirements Proven experience in ..... full job details .....
