Are you an experienced Maintenance Assistant with a background in Facilities Management? We''re looking for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our clients team in Sedgefield on a full-time, permanent basis.The Package:Competitive salary up to 30,000 per annumFull-time, permanent positionMonday to Friday, 40 hours per week33 days annual holidays (including bank holidays)Generous pension scheme Ongoing training and development Duties and Responsibilities:Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across the site, ensuring equipment and facilities are kept in good working order.Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs as needed - including minor plumbing, joinery, painting, and general fabric work.Supporting the upkeep of interior and exterior building areas, including inspections and reporting of any issues.Assisting with contractor supervision and ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing work logs and job sheets.Responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.Requirements:Participating in any site moves, equipment installations, or small project works as requiredHands-on experience in a facilities, estates, or building maintenance environmentA background as a Handyperson, Maintenance Operative or Fabric Engineer roleNVQ Level 2 or 3 in ..... full job details .....
