SEN Teaching Assistant - Supply Work across Primary Schools in Sheffield

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools in Sheffield.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.

• Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs.

• Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in young learners.

• Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school, care, or other setting).

• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
