Key Responsibilities: Supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client mattersAssisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clientsLiaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue and CustomsPreparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and billsMaintaining accurate records, case files and diariesEnsuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes Experience Required for This Role: Previous experience within Private Client workPrevious experience as a Paralegal or Legal SecretaryAbility to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentationExperience using a case management system is desirable but not essentialStrong self-management and organisational skillsHigh level of attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident team player with a proactive approachIT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, ..... full job details .....
