About the CompanyAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Portsmouth area. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on Corporate matters independently.About the RoleDuties will include:Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation.Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related documentation.Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.Collaborating with internal teams on transactions.Active involvement with business development.QualificationsCorporate fee earning experience essential.3 years+ PQE.Required SkillsHave very high level of technical competence.Marketing and business development skills.Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
