Have you had experience working with challenging behaviour in a mainstream setting?Are you able to take direction from senior members of staff?Can you go above and beyond to support students with their learning?The successful candidate will be responsible for following up with parents while carrying out any other duties directed by the Headteacher and other senior members of staff.The behaviour mentor will also be required to take part in break and lunch time supervision whilst promoting the welfare of all students.The successful candidate must have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.About the school
This good, mixed mainstream secondary school based in Havering caters to students aged 11 to 16 with a total of 941 students on site. The school itself opened up back in 2016 with a strong emphasis on parental support where parents, students and staff work collaboratively to aid progression. With their last Ofsted inspection graded Good back in May 2019 they were able to create an enjoyable, warm, friendly environment for students/staff to work and develop in.How to apply
