An Exceptional Opportunity for a Fee Earner (qual or non qual)This role within our clients Private Client Department at the Peterborough office could be the perfect next step for you.You ll manage a varied caseload including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Administration of Estates, working closely with clients and developing your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.What You ll Do Prepare Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and deal with Estate AdministrationManage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and supportProvide excellent client care, both in-office and during home visitsDraft detailed and accurate legal documentation and correspondenceMaintain efficient case management and ensure timely billing and time recordingParticipate fully in department meetings and contribute to a positive team culture Who You Are Proven track record managing your own caseload and ready to take on more autonomyConfident, proactive, and professional in client interaction, with excellent communication skillsOrganised and detail-oriented, with a good knowledge of Private Client matters and legal processesComfortable using Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Tikit experience is a plus)Flexible and willing to travel between offices and client appointments as required Why Join This Firm Over Others?
