The pub is very busy in the height of summer with tourists and day-trippers doing over £50k a week, with 60/40 wet to food split and 7 day carvery operation, but in the colder months sales are around the £20k average with locals, dog walkers and theatre goers to the Pavilion Threatre and guests from the nearby hotel close to the pub. There is a large car park and 3 great outdoor areas that are underused and great opportunity to drive further sales.
