Job Purpose / Summary:

- Work as part of the paintshop team prepping and painting manufactured precision components used in earth moving equipment

- Apply paint coats in accordance with the standard operating procedures and in line with customer specifications

- Following instruction and working in line with the company''s health and safety and best practice policies

Principal Responsibilities:

- Painting and prepping complex components to customer specifications

- Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken

- Actively support the Paint Shop in all areas in line with business requirement

Education & Experience:

• Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience
• Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail
• Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
• Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must have experience in wet paint spraying
• A team player who can also work on own initiative
• Basic numeracy & literacy

In order to perform the duties safely, the candidate will be required to abide by the Company H&S policies and procedures and use of the following PPE:

- Overalls

- Safety glasses and shoes

- Ear protection, hand gloves and mask
