A great opportunity for a Commis Chef or Demi Chef to join a corporate site in Canary Wharf, This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm.

Working in a team of around 5/6 chefs and producing lunches for around 300-400 on a daily basis, All food is prepared form fresh so experience in a professional kitchen is required.

The Commis Chef / Demi Chef will need to be hard working and wanting to develop and grow in their career. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef and Head Chef and need a good attitude and be keen to take orders and show You will have every opportunity to progress and step in to senior roles in the future should you be hard working and show enthusiasm.

The Commis Chef / Demi Chef will be working on mis-en-place list each day whether that is basic veg prep, making salads and sandwiches or preparing other menu items for the day.

We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment or who have worked in restaurants with freshly prepared food offer who are wanting a better work / life balance with every weekend off!
