About Our Client:Our client is a leading UK consultancy with a strong and growing capability in mechanical and electrical engineering within the water sector. With a new Head of Design based in Leeds, they are expanding to support major frameworks, including projects worth over 100m. Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of detailed mechanical design for water and wastewater projects.Work across a variety of frameworks with major water companies and contractors.Produce design deliverables including specifications, datasheets, PandIDs, reports, drawings, and procurement documentation.Carry out asset condition surveys, prepare recommendations, and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.Support and mentor junior engineers, providing technical governance and checking work.Collaborate with clients, design teams, and stakeholders, contributing to technical reviews, HAZOPs, and ALMs.Act as project manager, package manager, or design lead where required. ..... full job details .....
