Role: Boundary Cell Engineer/Logistics Support Location: Lossiemouth Duration: 12 months Role Type: Onsite Salary: Around £32 an hour, depending on experience Boundary Cell Engineer - E-7 Wedgetail Programme: Our globally renowned client is seeking a Boundary Cell Engineer to join the support of new operational requirements for the E-7 Wedgetail aircraft programme. The client delivers a range of defence capabilities and support services to the UK armed forces, including programmes such as the P-8A Poseidon, rotary wing fleet support, autonomous systems, C4ISR services and logistics information services. Role Overview: The Boundary Cell Engineer will play a key role in establishing and configuring the logistics information system to support the E-7 aircraft fleet. The position focuses on implementing and managing aircraft data structures within the logistics support environment to enable effective maintenance, repair and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Configure and establish the GOLDesp Logistics Information System to support the E-7 aircraft platform, including the full Bill of Materials (BOM) and associated tooling data. Ensure the system supports maintenance, repair and supply chain management activities across the aircraft life cycle. Provide support to No. 201 Squadron RAF in populating and maintaining the Air System as-maintained configuration structure.
