Role Description:The Resolute Group is proud to be working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor, delivering a range of infrastructure projects across the rail sector. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for managing a 15m project involving a Station upgrade, looking after Lift upgrades, Roof replacement, canopies and improved access. Reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor who will be managing multiple projects from a reporting, costing and forecasting aspect. The Senior Quantity Surveyor is focused on the day-to-day running of the project and Sub-contractor packages. Key Responsibilities:Lead the cost delivery of a 15m project, managing multiple sub-contractor packages,Oversee contract management aspects to ensure performance benchmarks are met, enabling payment clause triggers.Monitor subcontractor payments and contract amendments.Create financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including cash forecasts for your package of works.Act as the key liaison between the Managing Quantity Surveyor, Site team, and sub-contractors from a commercial aspect.
