BACKGROUNDA People OD Assistant Business Partner is responsible for supporting the People OD Management team to influence and drive the strategic People Organisational Development agenda within the People OD Directorate.As People OD Assistant Business Partner, you will:Support the People OD Business Partner to deliver a proactive and professional business partnering service working closely and collaboratively with the Directorates senior leadership teams. Understand priorities and issues and work within the operational People OD team to support in providing expertise for the People OD Directorate. Support the People OD Business Partner with the embedding of workforce planning and good people management practices within the team and across the organisation, which could include actions to increase engagement with the workforce, the facilitation of workforce redesign and new ways of working, management of organisational change people related issues, performance management and monitoring of workforce targets and developing managerial and team capabilities.
