My Local Authority client in South London is looking to appoint a talented Strategy Lead for Housing Needs, Private Sector and Partnerships on a Contract basis. This role will lead on resetting the partnership relationship between the council and voluntary sector partners to deliver outcomes through collaborative and joined up working. About the role: Based in South London (Hybrid - flexible): Lead on the development of a Homelessness Partnership Board to deliver the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.Management and delivery of a portfolio of transformation projects including Supported Housing re-procurement,Temporary Accommodation Dynamic Purchasing System (Approved Landlord Scheme),Temporary Accommodation usage reduction,Service restructure,Housing Association Nominations Agreement reviewsLead on the management of the transfer of the Private Sector Housing Team into the Housing directorate, review the service and implement required changesReview the effectiveness and use of the housing management system to improve data quality submissions to government and to support lobbying for fundingAbout you: You will have the following experiences:Deep experience in Housing / Homelessness StrategyExcellence in partnership working, particularly with the Private Sector and VCSE.Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.Local Authority experience is essential.What''s on offer:Salary: 650 per day, inside IR35 negotiable based on experience please submit your CV with the rate you ..... full job details .....
