In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:Strong Data Analyst or Data Science background, with experience within Python and AI/ML technologiesMachine learning and Bayesian modelling experience is highly desirableExperience of working with the Home Office as a customerSC Clearance is essentialWithin this role, you will be responsible for:Analyse structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patternsBuild, validate, and deploy machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning) in Python to solve complex decision-making problemsDevelop statistical models and perform hypothesis testing, predictive analytics, and forecastingWork with optimisation and simulation teams to integrate data science models into larger decision enginesCollaborate with software engineers to productionise models and embed them in decision-support platformsConduct data cleaning, feature engineering, and data pre-processing to ensure model quality and robustnessDocument model design, assumptions, and data sourcesPresent findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, to influence decision-makingSupport and adhere to Data Governance, Information Assurance, and Security protocols given the sensitive nature of some projectsMaintain and improve model ..... full job details .....
