You will take a lead on viewings, tours, and applicant engagement. You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to move-in. You will negotiate rental offers and support applicant vetting processes. You will coordinate marketing activity and maintain listing accuracy. You will ensure systems are updated with lettings data and viewing feedback. You will liaise with third-party agents and build external relationships.
